Commissions

Do you have a special four legged friend or beloved place that you want to bring to the walls of your home or office?

Commissions are available in sizes beginning at 12×12 or 11×14 and can be as large as you require. Please contact me with your idea for sizing.  I can assist you with what size of painting will work in your space.

Here is how I go through my process:

We connect through whichever method of communication you are most comfortable with and discuss your space, your needs and your subject matter. 

I work off of several reference photos, and usually one specific photo for a complete feel of my subject. The better the reference photo, the more accuracy I can obtain. 

I want to know everything about your chosen subject. If it is a beloved pet, I want to know their favourite treat, their favourite place to sleep and what you love about them the most. If it is a landscape, tell me about your fondest memory to that place. What feelings do you have when you close your eyes and think of it?

Once we have our subject, we will confirm colour pallets, backgrounds and any other specific details.

We then confirm pricing, shipping with a courier company and timelines and final pricing. Hand delivery can be arranged or pick up at my studio is always an option.

When you are happy and satisfied with your investment, we confirm the order and you will commit to a 50% non refundable desposit via Etransfer.

After your painting is finished, I will provide you with a photo reveal in natural lighting so you can get a true feel for your piece. It is at this stage that if you want any changes, corrections, additions or modifications you can let me know and I will work on it until you are 100% happy. 

I seal the finished work and prepare it for shipping or pick up. All my pieces are sent to their new homes with a hand written note. 

It is up to you to decide if you want to frame or not frame your custom piece but I would be glad to provide you with suggestions either way. 

When  you have a place on the wall for your new piece, I would love to see it up in its new home!
